Royal Academy of Dramatic Art
At RADA, our higher education theatre production courses produce graduates working across theatre, ballet, opera, concerts, radio, film, television and beyond.
Our courses give you hands-on experience from the start. Teaching is highly practical, and centred on RADA’s theatre productions, short films, industry placements and bespoke personal projects. Our training is characterised by high contact hours and personal attention from your tutors, with a focus on personal and professional development.
You are taught by professionals with industry experience in stage management, technical and production management, property making, wardrobe, scenic art, metalwork, carpentry, sound, lighting, video and digital design.
Lessons are in our workshops, studios and RADA’s three theatres designed to support the intense, varied and detailed training, including classes, demonstrations and individual tuition.
Our graduates have very strong employment records sustained by RADA’s excellent links to the industry and placement opportunities.
